This role is responsible for the end-to-end processing and reconciliation of broker commissions across all company entities. You’ll work with multiple internal systems and collaborate with various stakeholders—such as brokers, aggregators, and BDMs—to ensure commissions are paid accurately, on time, and in line with compliance requirements. Your contribution plays a key role in keeping financial workflows smooth and efficient.

📝What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-end processing of broker commissions for AU and NZ entities via Loanworks, D365, and Interfi
- Manage multiple commission mailboxes and resolve queries from brokers, aggregators, and BDMs
- Process commission claims and reconciliations, including NZ clawbacks and NPF commissions
- Assist in month-end tasks including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support audits and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for commission process changes
🗣️ About You
- Minimum of 3 years of background in accounting, finance, or accounts payable
- Solid understanding of broker commissions processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
