📝What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support end-to-end home loan applications by conducting employment checks, PEP searches, and preparing credit notes—while staying aligned with credit policies?
  • Stay on top of document and valuation management, including tagging documents, collecting upfront fees, and chasing valuation reports and quotes?
  • Collaborate confidently with stakeholders like credit teams, valuers, settlement officers, and introducers to keep things moving?
  • Navigate Loanapp with ease to fast-track applications and make sure no file gets left behind?
  • Keep risk in check by following regulatory standards and reporting anything that doesn’t look right?

🗣️ About You

  • Experienced in Australian mortgage and loan support within a lending or finance environment, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • An excellent communicator with outstanding written and verbal English skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong administrative and data entry capabilities.
  • Customer-focused and self-driven, able to work independently while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a positive attitude, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to compliance and workplace safety.
