📝What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance related to financial products, transactions, and account management.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues in compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience within the financial industry (e.g., banking, lending, insurance, or fintech).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
