📝What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and assistance related to financial products, transactions, and account management.
- Investigate and resolve client issues in compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
🗣️ About You
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience within the financial industry (e.g., banking, lending, insurance, or fintech).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
- Knowledge of financial terminology, basic compliance requirements, and service standards.
