Broker Support Officer – Learning & Development (Australian Mortgage – Full Time Onsite)

Summary:

The Learning and Development Support Officer will support the Learning and Development team. The L & D Team comprises of Broker Education, Broker Academy, Infynity Training and Wikibroker Credit Concierge

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organize and scheduling of lender master classes, broker training sessions + academy training
  • Reporting
  • Broker Customer Loan application – file review support with Broker Academy
  • Fresh Desk ticket assistance with general enquiry from brokers
  • Support regarding academy interviews, renewal forms, terminations etc.
  • Academy Onboarding – New Broker Academy Broker Checklist to be followed
  • Monthly mentor fee audit
  • Trigger compliance audit pending academy broker graduation / removal from file review task/ change of mentor tiers / file investigation
  • Update of outdated learning materials including PowerPoints, company logos, dates, etc.
  • Other tasks, as assigned by People Leader of the team or by the Head of People & Development to meet L&D team business needs

Knowledge, Skills-Set, and Experience Required:

  • Medium to high level experience with use in spreadsheets
  • Medium to high level experience with use of PowerPoint
  • Superior communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to quickly form relationships with new members
  • Meeting of required processing timeframes as advised by your Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to time-manage
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Ability to move between the L&D team as required by the business
