Summary:
As an Operations Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities revolve around enhancing the efficiency of client-facing travel consulting team by removing administrative tasks and working as efficiently as possible to complete a minimum standard of tasks in agreed time frames. Your focus is on providing exceptional solutions for internal and external customers, optimizing administrative processes, ensuring favorable outcomes, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships – serving as a reliable point of contact, you address client & internal inquiries promptly and professionally. While a lot of your interactions may be indirect, your efficiency significantly contributes to the overall client experience and satisfaction
- Client Complaint & Incident Handling: In handling client complaints and incidents, your role demands empathy and a focus on resolving concerns related to travel or interactions by actively listening and solving issues with a customer-centric approach
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements and excellent client service
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team development by sharing industry insights, travel trends, and best practices.
- Effective Communication: Foster transparent and open communication within the team and across departments
- Professional Development: Attend all trainings including compliance, technical skills and refresher and soft skills.
- Process/Innovation: contribute to our continuous improvement culture Always share your ideas and observations.
- Financial Risk Mitigation: on of the primary focus of this role is mitigating financial risks arising from administrative tasks. By providing meticulous internal support, you play a crucial role in assisting client-facing teams, allowing them to dedicate more time to service and sales.
- Operational Cost Efficiency: Efficiency in completing administrative tasks is paramount to ensuring operational cost efficiency. Your role indirectly impacts client-facing teams’ productivity. By streamlining processes and reaching the minim standards of productivity, your role allows resources to be allocated more effectively.
