Summary:
Sales & Product Specialist involves maintenance of the back-office functions across all of the Company’s businesses
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry of Contracts from suppliers into the system
- Reading and loading of hotel contracts
- Critical Analysis of documents (contracts) that involves computation of pricing, product availability
- Process receipts from our clients
- Processing payments to our suppliers
- Processing allocation and stop-sales report from our suppliers
- Maintenance of our website content
- Maintenance of supplier contracts in our reservation system
- Preparation of travel documentation for our clients
- Undertakes any other task or duties as deemed necessary by the management to achieve business goals
Knowledge and Skill-Set Required:
- Ability to cope with change

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
