Summary:

Sales & Product Specialist involves maintenance of the back-office functions across all of the Company’s businesses

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry of Contracts from suppliers into the system
  • Reading and loading of hotel contracts
  • Critical Analysis of documents (contracts) that involves computation of pricing, product availability
  • Process receipts from our clients
  • Processing payments to our suppliers
  • Processing allocation and stop-sales report from our suppliers
  • Maintenance of our website content
  • Maintenance of supplier contracts in our reservation system
  • Preparation of travel documentation for our clients
  • Undertakes any other task or duties as deemed necessary by the management to achieve business goals
