📝 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Application Packaging & Lodgement: Prepare critical NCCP documents (Preliminary Assessments, Credit Proposals, Credit Guides) and statements of advice (SOCA) to package and submit applications through Apply Online.
  • Data & Document Management: Input customer details from Fact Finds into broker software, index supporting documents, identify gaps, and securely organize files in cloud software.
  • Lender Liaison: Proactively follow up with lenders to ensure files progress smoothly, request pricing discounts, order valuations, and organize property reports.
  • Pipeline Monitoring: Daily monitor loan applications, update tracking worksheets, and keep brokers fully aware of file statuses at all times.
  • Compliance & Coordination: Interpret lender credit and underwriting guidelines to ensure perfect compliance, and reach out to customers directly if outstanding documents are required.

🗣️ About You

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Australian lending/mortgage market as a Loan Processor or Broker Support.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep, end-to-end understanding of the AU mortgage process (Initial Processing through to Settlement) including solid knowledge of SMSF, Trust, and Self-Employed loan structures and underwriting guidelines.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity or hands-on experience with industry platforms such as Mercury, Apply Online, Infynity, Podium, Flex, or Salestrekker.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English proficiency with a talent for clear, collaborative communication.
  • Efficiency: Excellent organizational skills with a well-developed ability to manage multiple tasks, files, and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Mindset: Highly trainable, team-oriented, and open to constructive feedback to continuously improve.
