We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Broker Support Officer to support our Australian lending operations. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone for our broker network—ensuring loan applications move smoothly through the pipeline while delivering high-level support across phone, email, and live chat channels.

You’ll play a critical part in keeping deals on track, maintaining accurate systems, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements. If you have lending experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, broker-facing environment, this role is for you.

  • Provide support across communication channels (phone, email, live chat) to assist brokers with loan application queries
  • Proactively manage and monitor the loan pipeline to ensure applications progress efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, provide updates, and facilitate deal movement
  • Process broker accreditations, maintain CRM databases, and manage system access activation
  • Update and maintain accurate loan and broker information across internal systems
  • Ensure all activities comply with credit policies, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements
