📝 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide post-settlement support to customers, brokers, and internal teams, addressing queries and requests efficiently.
  • Process loan administration tasks including payouts, statements, amortization schedules, loan variations, and direct debits.
  • Manage end-of-loan activities such as discharges, termination notices, and PPSR updates.
  • Respond to credit reference requests, liquidation notices, and handle customer disputes professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with internal mandates, policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth and customer-focused workflow.

🗣️ About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of financial industry workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and confident in both written and verbal interactions.
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work autonomously when required.
