We’re looking for a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Officer to provide exceptional support to a large portfolio of Home, Car, Unsecured, and Asset Finance customers. You’ll manage post-settlement requests, loan administration tasks, and end-of-term processes while ensuring a seamless customer experience and compliance with company procedures.

📝 What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide post-settlement support to customers, brokers, and internal teams, addressing queries and requests efficiently.
- Process loan administration tasks including payouts, statements, amortization schedules, loan variations, and direct debits.
- Manage end-of-loan activities such as discharges, termination notices, and PPSR updates.
- Respond to credit reference requests, liquidation notices, and handle customer disputes professionally.
- Ensure compliance with internal mandates, policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth and customer-focused workflow.
🗣️ About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of financial industry workflows.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and confident in both written and verbal interactions.
- High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative team player with integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work autonomously when required.
