You’ll be handling data entry, document preparation, lender coordination, and end-to-end file management to keep loans moving smoothly and efficiently.

📝 What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end support for Australian mortgage brokers by preparing, processing, and submitting loan applications across multiple lender systems.
- Accurately enter, review, and validate client and loan data from fact finds into broker and lender platforms.
- Prepare and package complete loan application files, ensuring all required documentation (SOA/SOCA, NCCP documents, credit proposals, etc.) is accurate and compliant.
- Organize, index, and review supporting documents, identifying gaps and coordinating with brokers or clients for completion.
- Liaise with lenders for lodgement, follow-ups, valuations, pricing requests, and updates to ensure smooth progression of applications.
- Maintain accurate tracking of loan statuses and provide timely updates to brokers to ensure full visibility across the pipeline.
🗣️ About You
- Minimum 2+ years recent experience in the Australian mortgage industry in a Broker Support Officer, Loan Processor, or similar broker-side role (essential).
- Strong end-to-end understanding of the Australian mortgage process from application through to settlement.
- Hands-on experience using broker and lender platforms such as ApplyOnline, Mercury, Infynity, Podium, Flex, Salestrekker, or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation, credit policies, underwriting requirements, and Australian lending compliance standards.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with brokers, lenders, and clients in a clear and professional manner
