📝 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Settlement Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our lending process smooth and efficient. Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting AML checks and reviewing loan conditions to ensure compliance
• Updating and maintaining accurate loan application data in the system
• Communicating with brokers and the credit team to keep processes moving
• Managing pipelines and distributing communications to the right departments
• Issuing loan contracts, settlement instructions, and providing guidance on loan statuses

🗣️ About You

• Solid experience in the financial industry with hands-on knowledge of car and/or mortgage lending processes
• Strong secured loans experience (home, car, asset finance), including end-to-end loan processing
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly review financial documents such as pay slips, loan statements, and bank statements
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
